How does ISM Online work?
The Jungheinrich fleet management system ISM Online combines business data, operational truck, and shock data in one system for your forklift fleet. You will be able to access all your fleet data via the Management Portal in a protected area on the internet.
Retrieving information about your truck fleet is possible from anywhere in the world at any time. The high level of data transparency of Jungheinrich’s fleet management system will help you to reduce your operating costs and manage your fleet efficiently and safely. The Basic module and Operating costs module are used to report master data, contract data and costs.
The Security and Productivity modules round out fleet analysis. The two modules are used in combination with truck components (access module, data recorder with shock sensor and transmitter). Components installed on your trucks send recorded data via a Gateway to the Management Portal, where the data is combined with business data, thus forming a comprehensive basis of information. Separate modules can be individually combined.

Basis module - optimum overview
As the core element of our fleet management system ISM Online, the Basis module enables you to access a web-based system that lets you collect and analyze your fleet data. It includes a detailed rights and role concept, which regulates access to the system by other users.
Increased efficiency
The Basis module provides you with a comprehensive analysis of your fleet structure across different locations. At the touch of a button, you can access information about your master and contract data as well as the number and age of your forklift trucks.
In order to further increase the transparency of your fleet structure, the fleet grouping function is a convenient tool. Use it to structure your fleet according to certain properties, such as cost centre or application area.
Operating Costs module - keeping an eye on costs
Are you interested in a detailed cost portrayal of your truck fleet? In that case, the Operating Costs module is the right solution for you. With a few clicks, you can call up Rental, Financing and Service costs for any specific truck – as a graphic or a table.
You will also get an overview of service reports per truck. For example, the module records the respective operating hours for you to decide on the utilisation and costs of individual trucks. You can thus continuously assess the efficiency of your fleet and identify cost drivers and optimisation potentials.
You can determine a tolerance yardstick for selected individual performance figures. This option gives you the advantage of registering any deviations early and introducing necessary optimisation measures quickly. This will provide you with an up-to-date cost overview of your fleet and enable you to make decisions based on specific data.
Safety module - keep risks at bay, reduce costs
The safety of your staff and their working environment is of great importance. Our Safety module minimizes possible safety risks in your working environment as well as the costs of damages on your trucks thanks to access control and shock recording.
Easy truck configuration online
Using the online management portal, you can specify whether a driver has to carry out a safety or pre-op check of the truck before using it. This provides you with a comprehensive overview of your fleet’s condition, ensuring that only operational trucks are used.
You can also determine whether selected trucks are to switch off automatically after a predefined period of inactivity. This enables you to save unnecessary costs and prevent unauthorised use of the truck. Both functionalities encourage your employees to handle the trucks responsibly.

This safely provides you with a current schedule of overdue, finished and upcoming maintenance and safety checks at regular intervals.
Flexible, simple and reliable
Naturally, this module also works if you receive the service from a different provider. In that case, you can easily add your in-house appointments using the online interface of the management portal. There, you then also have access to a clearly structured summary of all maintenance and check data for follow-ups and subsequent processing.
The four-week pre-notification tool supports you in arranging for preventive maintenance measures during your daily operations well ahead of time.
The increased transparency of your schedule and the nevertheless minimized administrative work enable you to avoid unnecessary disruptions of your daily operations. This also contributes to the long-term reduction of costs.

With our Battery Management module, you can easily monitor your electric trucks battery performance, identify possible operator errors and even the individual incidences. This module is a clever alternative to existing universal access keys. It enables you to simply manage access to your trucks online and individually assign employees, areas/departments and trucks. Additionally, you can determine that your trucks automatically switch off during non-operation. The parameter can be defined for each individual truck.
